Suitable for beginners. Flat or gentle trails, 2-4 hours walking per day. No prior trekking experience needed.

Local Transport
Pokhara is 200km from Kathmandu. Tourist bus: 6–7 hours. Domestic flight: 25 min. Local taxis and e-rickshaws available within Pokhara.

- Paragliding is weather-dependent — may be rescheduled.
- Minimum weight for paragliding: 35kg. Maximum: 110kg.
- Best season: September–May.
