The Langtang Gosainkunda Trek combines the lush Langtang Valley with the sacred alpine lakes of Gosainkunda. Located just north of Kathmandu, this trek offers a diverse experience: Tamang and Tibetan culture, yak pastures, glaciers, and the holy Gosainkunda Lake at 4,380m.
Regular ascents and descents. 5-6 hours walking per day. Good general fitness required.

Local Transport

Important Notes
- Gosainkunda is a sacred Hindu pilgrimage site — respect local customs.
- The high pass (Lauribina La, 4,610m) requires good acclimatization.
- Best seasons: March–May and September–November.
